What a remote process audit examines
A good operational assessment looks at both the written procedure and the way work actually moves. We examine the intake trigger, information quality, responsibilities, decisions, handoffs, wait time, duplicate review, exception paths and points where employees must improvise.
Through video calls and guided screen sharing, your team shows me how the work is performed. I compare the observed steps with your documented expectations and any practical measures you already track. No physical site visits are needed.
The Why? Package: what your 10 hours buy
The engagement includes focused discovery conversations, one or two remotely observable workflows, assessment of repeated steps and bottlenecks, an organized view of the current process, and a reasoned set of recommendations.
Your central deliverable is an in-depth PDF report. It explains what I observed, the causes that may be contributing to delays or inconsistency, specific improvement opportunities, suggested priorities, risks to consider and practical next steps. Recommendations are based on the information made available within scope.
What the audit deliberately does not do
The Why? is analysis only. It does not implement automation, change software settings, rewrite SOPs, clean data, migrate records or alter your operations. Your team decides what to act on.
If you later want the recommended changes redesigned and documented, The What Next? Package includes the Why? analysis plus at least 15 additional hours focused on future-state workflows and SOPs.
Why my experience matters
I have worked in high-volume, regulated operational environments where unclear requirements and repeated reviews can create delays. My reported experience includes helping support a reduction in review time from roughly three hours to 1.5 hours in prior enterprise work.
I look for operational causes rather than assuming the employee is the problem. See the review workflow experience summary and reported results.
